Rihanna Instagrams Her New Tattoo

Rihanna was apparently spotted leaving the tatoo parlor, last  night. The bandages that were visiblly protruding from under her midriff gave way to the notion that Rihanna had just gotten a new tattoo. This morning Rih-- Rih instagrammed a photo of a chest tattoo.  This will be the eighteenth addition to Rihanna's body art collection.   Rih- Rih is defenitely a rebel with no regards.  What do you think of the Good Girl Gone Bad's Tattoo.
