Ray J Is Released From The Hospital

Singer, Actor , Reality Television Star Ray J. Norwood has been released from the hospital. Apparently, Ray J. had been admitted into the hospital for what appeared to be a severe case of exhaustion. Rumors had begin to circulate, suggesting that  maybe the singer's,not so pleasant, run in with the Houston Family, could have been the cause of his severe exhaustion. However, Ray J. quickly refuted those rumors. 


Now, it seems that Ray J.'s exhaustion  could have occurred as a result of the extended hours he spents on a flight to China. Ray J's Rep, told sources that Doctors were concerned that Ray  J could possibly have a blood clot in his lungs. As a result, they hospitalized Ray J, to run test. 


According to Celebuzz,

Ray J was released from a Las Vegas, Nevada hospital after being admitted earlier this week following Sunday night’s Billboard Music Awards, Celebuzz has confirmed.

His rep just released a statement confirming that the For the Love of Ray J star, 31, is back in Los Angeles “following an extensive battery of tests to make sure that he did not have a blood clot in his lungs.”

The rep added it is a ”potentially a deadly condition that can occur following a long haul plane flight.”

A blood clot in the lungs is same condition that took rapper Heavy D‘s life this past year.

His rep added, “Ray J had arrived in Vegas Sunday following a 32 hour round trip from China and four hour drive to Las Vegas.”

While TMZ reported that a confrontation at the Billboard Awards with the late Whitney Houston‘s family member Pat Houston led to Ray J’s hospitalization, his rep told Celebuzz:

“He’s been working too hard. He did a concert in China and is working on a new business over there.”
